Bray Air Show

Every summer, Ireland’s largest air show takes place in Bray, County Wicklow. We have visited the show a few times with the kids over the years but this year was the first time we visited as locals since moving to Bray!

The Bray Air Display takes place over two days, so we decided to head down on the Saturday to take in the air entertainment. We never have taken the car down to Bray for this event nor would we recommend it. Previously we took the train into Bray & it is just a five minute walk to the seafront.

This year we are living in Bray so we decided to take advantage of the cargo bike to take us around. First place we went to was the Bray Head car park to see if we could get a good view. The seafront promenade is normally very busy for the air show & this year was no exception!

Too Noisy!

Alas, we were too close to the helicopter for the youngest child so we decided to head down to the seafront to take in the festivities!
